💫 My Story: The Why Behind It All
My name is Liisa — and I created SelfLove Sanctuary not just as a brand or a business, but as a soft landing. A space where people like us can finally feel held, seen, and inspired to come home to themselves.
There was a time in my life when I felt completely disconnected. Not just from others, but from myself. I was going through the motions, giving and giving until I had nothing left. I didn’t have a routine, didn’t have rituals, and honestly, I didn’t even know what self-love really meant.
Then one quiet morning, while sipping tea and staring into the silence, I asked myself something that changed everything:
“What if I started choosing myself?”
That simple question opened a door.
I started slow. One breath at a time. One kind word. One small action.
That’s how my journey back to myself began. And I haven’t looked back since.
